        1. All the District Educational Officers are well aware that the pilot has been taken for centralized payment of MDM bills from the District Head Quarter has been successfully implemented in Krishna and West Godavari districts.

       2. In this context, the Commissioner of School Education has decided to make payments Centrally from State Head Quarters from Sepctember-2017 onwards. Accordingly, a screen has been developed for capturing of meals taken data by the children school wise. A copy of the user manual is enclosed for reference. Arrears payments if any upto August - 2017, the DEOs are requested to submit the component (Head of Accounts) wise requirement of budget so as to enable this office to release the required budget.

      3. Once the data is uploaded, the same will be freezed immediately and there is no edit option for changes. The District Educational Officers shall ensure that the bills will be claimed for those who uploaded the Mid Day Meal attendance data in the website and rest of the MEOs those who have not uploaded their payments will be dropped.

      4. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to communicate the user manual to the Mandal Educational Officers in their respective Districts to fill the September data in the prescribed format available at APCFSS website immediately for release of payments to the CCHs for the month of September - 2017.

This has the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
